EXPERT JR.: Combining 8S and 8P mode
- TASK:
- Default 8S-mode (all buttons will act as CC).
- Push MENU to change to 8P-mode (all buttons will act as PC).
- Click one button for PC.
- Do PC and change back to 8S-mode.
- PREPERATIONS:
- When we are in 8P-mode we will have P1-P4 and S1-S4 act as Program Change,
so we have to set preset 001-008 first for Program Change.
See Basic Setup PC. - When we are in 8S-mode we will have P1-P4 and S1-S4 act as Control Change,
so we have to set switch 001-008 first for Control Change.
See Basic Setup CC. - Set MODE in 8IA Button MODE. See Basic Setup Jr.
- Set 2sec MENU button to S-64 and Reverse Menu Hold to ON.
See Menu-button 2/3 second button.
An alternative would be to toggle between 8P/8S mode with the MENU button.
See here how to do that.
