BASIC: Set Tap Tempo
- PREPERATIONS:
- Basic Setup Jr.
- Find out which MIDI-channel the Axe-Fx is recieving data (channel 1 for me).
- Find out which CC you want to control TAP-tempo (CC 014 for me).

Which Function? Switch Menu | S1/P1 untill you see Switch Menu.
P4 to enter the Switch Menu. |
Select IA SW004 | S1/P1 move to the switch you want to control the Tap-Tempo (P2 P3 to jump +/- 10 steps).
P4 to edit this switch. |
Auto Prog CC msg MIDI Chan = 001 | P4 untill you see Switch Type.
Important: don't use S4 here! |
Switch Type Quick Tap | S1/P1 change it to Quick Tap.
S4 to save and jump to the next step. |
on 01M01 AXE-FX C:B 1:014 2:127 | S1/P1 untill you get M01 (Axe-Fx) midi-channel.
S3 to go to the next parameter. |
on 01M01 CC# C:B 1:014 2:127 | S1/P1 untill you get B for CC.
S3 to go to the next parameter. |
on 01M01 CC# ? C:B 1:014 2:127 | S1/P1 untill you get the right CC-number (14 for me) (P2 P3 to jump +/- 10 steps).
S3 to go to the next parameter. |
on 01M01 DATA2 C:B 1:014 2:127 | S1/P1 untill you get 127 which is the max-value for a CC (P2 P3 to jump +/- 10 steps).
S4 to save and go to the next step. |
on 02M00 No MIDI NO MIDI COMMAND | Everything is set, we want to leave the MENU.
